Born in Red Deer, the founder of STLBX grew up in his parents’ restaurants in Edmonton during the glory days in the City of Champions watching the Oilers and spent his high school days in Okotoks playing hockey for their Oilers. Alberta beef is in his blood and Northern Hospitality is ingrained in his soul. As the son of restauranteurs, his goal is to bring the managerial leadership of a great team, the work ethic of a farmer and the service qualities of your favourite restaurant to the shipping container industry.
